Your insurance broker is there to advise and assist you in the claims process and claims should be notified to your insurance broker in the first instance.

All liability claims are managed by Proclaim on behalf of our Lloyd’s Liability Underwriters. Claims should be reported to Epsilon in the first instance (by your insurance broker) and we will confirm policy covers and pass the claim to Proclaim to manage.
