Epsilon is committed to providing a fast and efficient claims service.

Your insurance broker is there to advise and assist you in the claims process and claims should be notified to your insurance broker in the first instance.

Epsilon manages all property claims under our binder arrangements with the Insurer. Claims which exceed $10,000 may be assessed by an independent loss adjuster and these should be reported to us by phone or email with details of the loss or damage and client contact information.

Claims not requiring assessment should be submitted by email with a completed claim form and supporting documentation (such as quotations, invoices, and photos etc.)

After Hours Emergency Calls

Epsilon provides a dedicated 24/7 Emergency Assistance to our property policy holders and their brokers. In case of an emergency this service can be provided by contacting 1300 763 687.
